At an early age I had a natural appreciation for real estate and an authentic ability to create meaningful connections within my community. A career in real estate was an obvious choice, and after spending 10 years in advertising sales, merging the two careers was seamless and quickly successful.
I am proud to say that what was my hobby has become a thriving and rewarding career. Teaming up with sister, Jenna Phillips, was an excellent next step to broadening our reach and serving the community further. As a lifelong resident of Lancaster, there is nothing more fulfilling than successfully guiding my clients through the process of accomplishing their Real Estate goals in the community which I love. After earning a degree in communication, I spent the following 7 years in the sales divisions of two Lancaster County businesses before switching into the Real Estate industry.
